Coaching

For those looking for an individualised approach to their training, our Athlete First approach starts with getting to know you - the athlete - on an individual level. We recognise that each athlete is unique and has different work and family commitments, with varying time availability and different racing goals, and we cater for this in our season planning and scheduling.

Creating a supportive community amongst our athletes is extremely important to us. Where possible we look to integrate group training to ensure that we can keep training sociable and maximise the benefits of training with others. We believe that surrounding yourself with people who support you leads not only to the best race results, but also the most rewarding journey.

Nick has over 15 years of triathlon experience, beginning as an age-grouper to racing professionally, with highlights being winning Ironman Philippines and competing in Kona, Hawaii. Nick’s passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping athletes achieve their goals.

Kate’s academic background and knowledge need no introduction, and she’s a self-confessed endurance nerd and always immerses herself in every event she commits to! Her race highlights include finishing in the top-10 in her AG at Ironman Hawaii, 2nd overall at the Port to Pub channel swim and 10th female overall at the Abu Dhabi marathon.

Whether you’re a triathlete or runner racing over short distances or going long, we’re here to support you in your journey and help you unlock your potential.
